Jordan is an experienced Architect with over fifteen years of demonstrated history working in the Architecture and design industry. His work ethic contributes to a versatile resume of completed works in healthcare, hospitality, higher education, custom luxury residential and commercial, as well as commercial development. Jordan is highly skilled with project management, client communication, consulting, project planning and production management, sketching and photography. Jordan graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Masters in Architecture in 2009 and is honored to be a founding member of High Architecture.
Nic brings over fifteen years of professional experience in Architecture and design, as well as several years of construction knowledge into the work he does. Nic earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from UTA in 2007 and began his career working on large scale multi-family projects throughout Texas and Florida. Nic continued his education while working full-time and completed dual Master degrees in Architecture and Business Administration in 2012. During this time he gained practical experience in commercial projects, working in both the design and construction sides of the real estate industry. Nic continued to grow as an architect, learning from every project and gaining experience along the way in the commercial, office, entertainment, and healthcare industries. Nic is excited to be a founding member of High Architecture and looks forward to shared success with his clients.
Nic and Jordan met while attending The University of Texas at Arlington. It was in school where they first learned they made a good team. They have since relied on one another to foster successful careers and invaluable experiences within the Architecture, Design and Construction industry. Their collaborative efforts and vision lead to the formation of High Architecture in the Summer of 2020, with a singular goal of developing and delivering high quality Architectural services. They believe in making the right decisions for client and the profession.
Nic and Jordan also share a unique history and upbringing. Their dads attended the same college in Kansas during the same time, never formally meeting, but laying the early stones in the path for their sons. Nic and Jordan were both born in Kansas and moved to Texas at a young age with their families. Coincidentally, each grew up working carpentry and construction projects; both of their grandfathers had wood shops, and they trade memories of tinkering around making millwork, levels, trinkets and toys. Jordan began learning carpentry and painting skills from the age of five, and one of Nic’s first paying-jobs was in a custom millwork shop where he gained valuable hands-on technical skills. These early experiences explain Nic’s and Jordan’s shared passion for craftsmanship and skilled-labor.
